1. full time househusband...




come on guys, do not deny the fact that gambar kat atas nie kiut giler kan? by the way, research published dlm science daily pun dh nyatakan fakta. tapi tak boleh nak nafikan tanggungjawab suami dlm rumahtangga adalah menyediakan nafkah zahir dan batin. so, kalau ada jobs yg bleh work from home tpi gaji ribu ribu kan best?






2. jadik operator chalet kat sebuah pulau peranginan yang angin anginnya sepoi sepoi bahasa...




kerja lek lek jek hari hari. nampak pokok. nampak pantai. nampak awan nano nano nano. kalau bosan gi mandi pantai. kalau bosan gi panjat bukit. kalau bosan gi masuk hutan. kalau bosan lagik, bleh tido...






3. open a bakery...




mamat nie pun sebenarnya dlu kerja finance. terus tukar lapangan kerja. seriously, i do have passion about food. and cooking of course! cewaaaah... hahahaha...

lesson no 61: tempatku berteduh...

+ i won't start the post with an excuse apsal aku tak hapdet blog yg dah berkarat karat nie. i know u won't care a bit.

+ the next step in life is owning a place of wat we can call umah utk berteduh. dah lama plan sebenarnya nk beli umah. but as always priority upon another commitment will lower down the nafsu sket sket. tapi tak dapat lar nk padamkan keinginan tue terus. kesedaran tu mmg dah ada. nak tak nak, we do have to start. lgpun sifat enthusiastic dalam diri utk meneroka satu lagik fasa kehidupan takkan pernah terpadam. sket sket kna improve jgak kan hidup. that's the point of life. improve!

+ lagipun situasi market umah skrg pun mmg tgah booming. nak carik a nice location with a nice price tag mmg susah. crazy!!! pening kepala tgk. at some extend, mmg tak masuk akal lgsung. people say we should dream big. tapi kalau nk diikutkan, nk mimpi tue pun kna based on the situation and reality jgak.

+ government incentives for skim rumah pertamaku is much much welcome at this kind of period. unfortunately, rehda pulak mcm tau tau jek baru smlm announce yg harga umah akan naek 20% menjelang Jun 2011. congratz to those yg dh duduk umah idaman sendiri tu and pity those yg bru nk membeli. hmmm...

+ there are several factors which lead to this kind of situation. the 1st reason mmg lar org ckp location location location. then based on demand, the market is crazy. several units launched on the 1st day pun kdg kdg bleh sold out in hours. hmmm... mmg kaya raya nmpknya org malaysia nie. saper ckp org malaysia miskin? properties pun tak lepas dpd cengkaman speculator. those who make money by selling back their properties on higher price. percaya atau tdak. upon completion, the price of your properties can even go higher up to 50percent from the launching date. kesian kat org yg betol betol nak beli umah untuk duduk.

+ aku dh bwat window shopping utk carik umah which suite with my budget. siriyes aku horny tgk umah yg design cantik cantik dgn price pun cantik cantik jek. dh jadik addiction. almost everyday, akan go through properties websites n blogs looking for the best deal.

+ tak sabar nak menunggu cinderella balik. then we'll do another round of surveying and arguing of course. hihihihi...

lesson no60: the reasons to write?

+ for months, i do not have much reasons to write anything about. the first period i am adapting to married life. the period after that i am adapting to being alone again. then adapting to being the leader of the unit. adapting to the preparation of the travel. and the period of adapting is almost done for me.



+ journey to AD was fun. we did lots of things. did lots of shopping. ate lots of food. burnt much calories and met lots of diff people. alhamdulillah, the Most Merciful Allah S.W.T. gives us lots of strength and a lil bit rezeki for us to be there. after all, we believe in only one thing. if our niat is good, insyaAllah everything in life will be eased by HIM.






+ overall, AD doesnt differ very much from here. the most thing i love being there is the weather. apart from that is when u being in a working field associated with design and architecture, the buildings are not bad either. perhaps a lil toned down from wat they have in Db.



+ we did few activities while being there. and proud to say we travel from one point to another by using their public buses. the people are friendly. but there are some who doesnt care much.

+ aku pun macam tak percaya. lepas kawen aritue ader 3 post jek yg aku buat. wat an achievement. nmpaknya naluri penulisan dan nafsu utk mengarang telah berpindah ke isteri tersyg. makin ngetop blog dear wife aku. so hot! sudah beribu-ribu lemon view. follower pun dh berbelas-belas bakul.

+ hahaha. dh terbalik. skrg aku plak yg duk bca blog dia. well, bleh thn my dear wife nie mengarang. puji wife sendirik nie. tak tahan! hahaha.

+ wa bz giler wa cakap lu. bos wa gi nek haji so skrg wa lar yg jdik bos. adeiii... baru tau idup jdik bos nie mcmaner. letih perit wooo... ke hulu ke hilir nk menjawab... tpi wa sgt sgt lar lucky sbb wa dpt gi dua tiga tmpat yg selama nie wa tak terpikir nk gi. hahahaha. nek flight tue dh beser bgik wa. kalau takat klia tue dh jdik mainan wa jek tiap minggu. giler kerek lar wa nie.... astaga!

+ since my dear wife gi merantau, idup jadik tak keruan. makan asyik kenyang jek. mandi pun tak. tpi gi cycling slalu jek. hahaha. alhamdulillah, managed so far utk setiap hari tgk muka isteri tersyg di skrin petak. muka senyum, muka masam, muka blur... smua ada. oh teknologi!

+ ker memang dh tkder aper nk story kat sini. life is dull. boring and slow. dh bper ari tak kluar berfoya foya. hahaha. weekend memerap duk umah or kuar gi cycling. bosan giler kan?
